Every now and then, upon request, I give a workshop where I share my way of working: a day spent shooting, making selections, printing, and sharing the results.

The workshop is really about doing something immediately with the photographs you make. Rather than overthinking or letting images sit on a hard drive, the idea is to respond to them straight away and see where they might lead.

Printing is an important part of this process. It helps you look at your photographs differently and make more intuitive selections. 

From there, small zines can become a way of bringing images together and developing a body of work. 

Something that might eventually grow into a more substantial document or book.

The emphasis is on making, editing, and experimenting: taking the photographs off the screen and turning them into something tangible.
