Urban Photographers Club and Raw Sniffer Dogs
A big shoutout to @jovisleigh and @the_blank_canvas_1 from @urbanphotographersclub , all the way from London, for bringing their love for street photography to Amsterdam yesterday.
What I love is that they do it purely for the love of the street. No commercial agenda, no big expectations, just a genuine passion for photography and bringing people together.
With a group of around 15 of us, we hit the streets of Amsterdam.
And honestly? We probably had more talks than shots.
It was nice seeing old friends, some @rawsnifferdogs members and finally meeting others in person.
But that’s exactly the point, isn’t it? These photowalks are about so much more than making images. They’re about sharing ideas, exchanging perspectives, meeting like-minded people, learning from each other, and enjoying the simple act of walking the streets with a camera.
The conversations, connections, and shared passion are what make these days special.
So, Jovis and Av, thank you for putting in the time and energy to make this happen. Respect for keeping the spirit of street photography alive and reminding us what it’s really all about.
