From the wall to the pole
In Amsterdam, some parking meters are decorated with works of art.
In total I've came along 8 different types.
I love the idea but it's already here for many years and it's not changing at all.
Wouldn't be great if the city would support local artists to showcase their work on all those parking meters that are not decorated?
I photographed the art on the parking meters up close.

With some other Amsterdam East Photographers we had a small exposition at Stadsloket Amsterdam Oost. Last minute I decided to use this series for the expo, all were taken in Amsterdam East anyway.
